ISPI Tools & Resources

ISPI members have access to many performance improvement tools and resources. ISPI strategies, tools, and resources are based on Performance Improvement research and practices. Professionals that apply these principles: -Make informed decisions and set priorities about what actions to take. -Develop appropriate combination of solutions that collectively will reduce or eliminate the gap between current and desired performance. -Make the appropriate resource commitments for the next steps. -Commit to what is required to sustain the expected improvements. -Accept responsibility for the success of the change. -Communicate progress to stakeholders. -Recognize what else needs to be done to sustain the results. -Support the changes necessary to sustain results. -And, ultimately, reap the benefits of the project's success.

ISPI Chapters

ISPI has a long tradition of support from our international network of local and regional chapters, which includes representation across the US as well as in Canada, Europe and Asia. Chapters provide an excellent way for professionals to understand and apply human performance technology first hand. They also provide a gateway to leadership roles and enhance networking experience. Many chapters host conferences, meetings and webinars, and provide their members with region-specific information that fosters professional growth. ISPI is an exciting, important, and interesting organization where members are valuable to each other in terms of professional development and colleagueship. As an ISPI member of any level, you can join a virtual or local ISPI chapter. A membership fee will apply.

Development & Volunteer Opportunities

The ISPI Awards program is designed to showcase the people, products, innovations, and organizations that represent excellence in the field of Human Performance Technology. ISPI gold members can apply and are eligible for Awards of Excellence.

Our Annual Conference also offers opportunity to connect with potential employers and receive complimentary coaching sessions and workshops designed to help job seekers at all levels.
