    Schedule

    ISPI will offer the workshop online periodically. If an organization would like a cohort workshop, ISPI will work closely with your company to provide the workshop. ISPI will provide a qualified faculty member and coordinate faculty travel (travel cost may apply). Your faculty will work closely with your team to craft the training to ensure it best meets the needs of your strategic goals. Special discounts are available for companies who sign up for multiple institutes and workshops for their team.

    Participation

    In order to receive the best rate and best performance outcome for your team, ISPI recommends at least 10 participants for each institute or workshop. We can always work with your team if you have less than the number of requested participants.

    Note: Principles & Practices of Performance Improvement Program meets the requirements for 12 CPT points to re-certify as a Certified Performance Technologist.

    Pricing

    ISPI will work closely with your company to provide the best rate available. Pricing is based on the total number of participants for each workshop, and the total number of workshops each company would like ISPI to provide. Pricing is also dependent on the membership level of participants. In addition, our corporate members receive the following discounts for in-house workshops:

    • Patron Members: 20%
    • Organizational Members: 10%
